Realisation and demonstration of advanced material solutions for sustainable and efficient ships
Projet RAMSSES
#High performance and lightweight materials #Sustainable and efficient ships #Demonstrators
Launched in 2017, the RAMSSES project concerns innovation in ship building and proposes, among other things, to implement 13 demonstration cases for cleaner and more efficient ships. As a partner in the project, IRT Jules Verne is working jointly with the Chantiers de l’Atlantique to design and test a 6-sided structural passenger cabin concept. The RAMSSES project brings together no less than 37 partners from 11 European countries for a total budget of 13 million euros over a 4-year period.
